These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, unless properly settled, shall be submitted by either party to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of application, unless laws or government authorities provide for retroactive amendments to these Terms and Conditions. This website is subject to the terms and conditions of Al Noor United.

Refund Policy for Shipping and Offer Use

Refund requests will be rejected, except in extreme and urgent cases only. If the customer wishes to refund the shipping amount or a portion thereof, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the case of offers, the customer recharges to earn points or credit to benefit from the offers, and after the offer expires, decides to refund the full or partial amount, the refund request will be rejected. Individual customers are not entitled to add any heavy transport vehicles to the individual system, as all heavy transport vehicles are subject to the corporate system. If this happens, they are not entitled to earn points or cashback for the offers. This is in accordance with Al Noor United's usage policy.

The policy for redeeming points for services or converting them into free credit changes from time to time based on promotional offers and in accordance with Al Noor United Fuel's policies and terms. Therefore, the customer must redeem their points promptly to benefit from them during the offer period.

The customer is also not entitled to use the points balance or free credit unless they have not yet received their points. The system is used completely, and in the event that the customer obtains free credit or free points from the offers and he has not pre-charged the credit or pre-filled it, he must fulfill the terms and conditions, which is to use the system with the same value as the free offer in order to be able to use the free credit or points.
